How to make Orange Pudding

Divide 4g of gelatin powder into 2 parts, each part 2g. Next, pour 10ml of water into a bowl containing 2g of gelatin powder, stir well, and let it sit for about 5 minutes for the gelatin to swell evenly.
Then, place this bowl of gelatin into a steamer for about 10 minutes, then take it out to cool.

Mix and pour milk pudding into molds
Place a pot on the stove, heat the milk over low heat until it slightly boils, then turn off the heat and pour it into a bowl. Next, carefully pour the milk evenly into 2 molds, keeping the molds tilted at about a 30-degree angle.
