  • Prepare the ingredients

    To eliminate the unpleasant smell of beef, soak the beef in a diluted saltwater mixture for about 10 minutes, then remove it, rinse with water 2 – 3 times, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

    • Method 1: Roast a piece of ginger until cooked, pound it finely, and then rub it onto the beef for about 5 minutes before rinsing with clean water.
    • Method 2: Instead of marinating the meat with garlic, lightly roast a shallot, then pound it finely and marinate it with the beef.
    • Method 3: You can rub vinegar onto the beef or soak the beef in diluted vinegar for about 5 minutes, then rinse with clean water.

    Remove the leaves from the basil, discard the stems and any damaged leaves, soak in diluted salt water for about 5 minutes, then take them out, rinse with clean water, and let them drain (you can chop the leaves if you want).

    Peel the garlic, rinse briefly with water, and then use a mortar and pestle to crush it finely.

    Place a pan on the stove and turn on medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to the pan, wait for the oil to heat up, then add garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant, then add the beef and stir-fry for about 5 minutes on high heat until the meat is firm.
