  • Buy sweet potatoes with intact skin, without cracks or chips. Pick them up and feel they are heavy, firm, and not bruised.

  • Choose sweet potatoes that are round or elongated without waist or indentations; when pressed lightly, they should not be too hard. These types generally have less fiber, more starch, and taste very sweet.
  • You should avoid choosing very small, long, or waisted sweet potatoes as they will have more fibers.

  • You should choose whole oats, which are usually unbroken grains to ensure that the nutrients are preserved.
  • You can buy oatmeal in powder form or buy whole oats and grind them yourself.

    Next, add 60g of oatmeal flour, 1 egg yolk, 2 teaspoons of melted unsalted butter, and 2 teaspoons of honey into the bowl with the sweet potato. Mix the mixture until well combined and forms a dough.
