  • Prepare the ribs

    Add to a bowl the mixture of: 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 2 tablespoons of water, 1/3 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of chili sauce, then mix well.

  • Braise the ribs

    Put a pot on the stove and add 1 tablespoon of water, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to the pot, then cook until the mixture boils and changes to a brown color, you will have the caramel sauce.
