Prepare other ingredients
Next, with a dry coconut you bought, you will see 2 small holes that are dented on the coconut, use a chopstick or screwdriver to punch the holes, then turn the coconut upside down into a cup to let the coconut water drain completely.
Next, to make coconut milk, you use a knife to cut the coconut in half, then use a grater to grate the coconut meat. After grating the coconut, take a thin piece of cloth, put the grated coconut in it, pour in a little water, then use your hands to squeeze tightly to extract the coconut milk.
Continue repeating the process of pouring water and squeezing the coconut milk until you get a sufficient amount of coconut milk, about 500ml.
Next, you will cut a jackfruit in half and remove the seeds from each jackfruit segment, then use a knife to cut into small pieces or shred, depending on your preference. Similarly, for longan, you also peel the skin and remove the seeds.
You wash 200g of green beans and put them in a bowl, then cover them with cold water and let the beans soak overnight to soften. After that, rinse several times until the water is clear and not cloudy, then drain.




Cook the dessert
First, you will add 200g of mung beans to a pot of water and bring it to a boil, add a little salt and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add 1 prepared sake fruit and 500g of rock sugar, and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
