How to store roasted salt powder
- If you prefer, you can use coarse salt, which will be less salty than refined salt.
- The drier the roasted salt, the longer it will be preserved.
- Store the salt in a box, jar, or sealed bag to prevent it from coming into contact with moisture from the outside, causing it to clump.
