Prepare the ingredients
Rinse the crab sauce with cooled boiling water to reduce the saltiness, then drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Wash the mango, then peel and cut it into strips. Pick the leaves of the Vietnamese coriander and wash them clean, then drain.

Mixing the salad
In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of sugar and the juice of 1 lime with the three-striped crab. Next, add the minced garlic and chili and stir well.
