Soursop 1/2 fruit Unsweetened fresh milk 100 ml Condensed milk 100 ml

How to choose ripe and delicious soursop

  • You should choose soursop fruits that have just been harvested, with fresh skin, light yellow color, and shiny surface.
  • Choose fruits with large, soft thorns; the wider the distance between the thorns, the better the soursop.
  • Ripe soursop fruits have expanded thorns and yellowing skin, and they produce a hollow sound when tapped.

How to make Soursop Yogurt

  • Prepare the soursop

    Cut a soursop in half and use a knife to peel off the skin, then remove the stem.

    Next, place the soursop in a bowl with 150ml of cooled boiled water, and gently squeeze the soursop segments with your hands to separate them.

    Then, use a slotted spoon to scoop the segments into a bowl and pour the soursop juice into another cup.

    After that, use a sharp knife to remove the seeds from the soursop, and transfer the seedless segments into a large bowl.

  • Blend the soursop

    Place the filtered soursop, soursop juice, 100ml of unsweetened milk, and 100ml of condensed milk into a blender, then blend until smooth.
