  • Whisk the egg yolks

    First, separate the egg yolks and egg whites into 2 different bowls.

    Then, add to the bowl of egg yolks: 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of cooking oil, 20g of sugar substitute, 40ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 40g of oatmeal, and stir well until the mixture is smooth.

    Add the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, using a spatula to gently fold the mixture from the bottom up.

    Bring the spatula down to the bottom of the bowl, lift the heavy ingredients up and toss them to one side (scoop and flip from the bottom up). Continue this process until the mixture becomes smooth.

    Next, add 20g of pork or chicken floss and gently mix.

    Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.

    Prepare a mold lined with parchment paper, then pour the batter into the mold until it reaches 2/3 full. Next, cover the mold tightly with a piece of aluminum foil and bake for the first time at 160 degrees for 40 minutes.

    After the cake is cooked, remove the aluminum foil and bake for the second time at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
