How to choose fresh, delicious beef

  • You should choose beef that is bright red, with fine, small fibers, beautiful marbling, and light yellow fat, with a characteristic fragrant smell of beef when sniffed.
  • Additionally, good beef will feel sticky to the touch and have a certain level of elasticity when pressed lightly.
  • Avoid buying meat that is dark red, with dark yellow fat and large fibers because that is old beef, which is usually tough and not palatable. Furthermore, if the meat is dark red, has white fat, and has a slightly fishy smell, it is likely beef that has been faked from buffalo meat.

  • Marinate the meat

    You brush a layer of cooking oil into the steaming mold, cut the bread into bite-sized pieces and arrange them in the mold.

    Place the mold in the steamer over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the bread is soft.
