  • Cook the green beans

    Soak the green beans in water for 2 hours, then place them on the stove to cook until soft.

    Cooked mung beans are placed in a blender with 50ml of coconut milk and 50gr of sugar, then blend until smooth.

    Add the mung beans to the stove with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 10ml of cooking oil, then cook for about 15 minutes until the mung beans thicken and no longer stick to the pan, let cool, and shape into a rectangle.

  • Mix the cake flour

    Add 50gr of mung bean starch, 450ml of water, 150ml of pandan leaf water, and 150gr of sugar into a bowl and mix well. Let the flour rest for about 30 minutes.

    Place a pot on the stove and add the cake flour while stirring until the flour is clear and thickened.

    Spread a thin layer of flour on the banana leaf, then add mung beans on top and cover with another layer of flour, and wrap it up.Then, you place the cake in the refrigerator until it firms up and is ready to enjoy.
