Mixing the dough
You add tapioca flour, rice flour into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 800ml of water and mix well, then let the dough rest for about 1 hour.
Tip:
- If you buy pre-mixed wet cake flour at the supermarket, you only need to mix the flour according to the ratio stated in the instructions.

Steaming the cake
When the dough has rested for enough time, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the dough and mix well.
Prepare a cake mold, brush a layer of cooking oil on the mold, then pour a ladle of cake batter into the mold.
