Prepare the tofu and mix the filling
Buy tofu, clean it, and then cut it in half horizontally. After that, use the tip of a knife to carve the top of the tofu into square shapes, then take the inside part out into a bowl.
Next, add 200 grams of minced pork into the bowl with the tofu. Then, add 1 shallot that has been peeled, crushed, and finely chopped.
Finally, season the mixture with 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper, and 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce, then use gloves to mix the ingredients thoroughly, allowing the mixture to absorb the spices for 15 minutes.

After marinating, proceed to stuff the meat filling into each piece of tofu. Next, line the bottom of the air fryer with parchment paper and place the stuffed tofu into the air fryer.
Brush 2 teaspoons of cooking oil on the surface of the tofu. Then start frying the tofu for the first time at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
After the first frying, use chopsticks to flip the tofu and fry a second time at 180 degrees for another 20 minutes.
