Pork belly 500 gr Shallots 1 bulb Garlic 1 bulb Fresh chili 1 piece Cilantro a little White sesame 1 tablespoon Cooking oil 1 tablespoon Fish sauce 2 tablespoons Common seasoning a little (salt/ sugar/ seasoning powder/ ground pepper)

Put the pot on the stove and bring to a boil for about 2 – 3 minutes, quickly remove the meat, and then rinse it with clean water.
    • Method 2: Ginger or lemongrass is also very effective in eliminating the smell of meat. When preparing the blanching water for the pork belly, you can add some ginger or lemongrass to the pot and blanch the meat for about 2 – 3 minutes.
    • Method 3: Additionally, you can use coarse salt dissolved in water, soak the cleaned pork belly in it for 10 – 15 minutes. Then take the meat out and rinse it with water.

Next, add minced garlic and shallots and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add the pork belly to stir-fry together.

    Add 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 5 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of seasoning and braise for about 20 minutes until the liquid in the pot thickens. Finally, adjust the seasoning to taste and sprinkle a bit of chopped green onions, coriander, and sliced chili on top of the meat to finish.
