How to choose fresh and delicious thanh tra fruits

  • You should choose fruits that are well-proportioned, elongated in shape, and have a light yellow skin, evenly colored.
  • Prioritize selecting fruits that still have a white layer on the outside, which is a sign that the thanh tra is still fresh and tasty.
  • Do not choose thanh tra fruits that are bruised, damaged, or have an abnormal speckled surface.

Where to buy ice cream powder?

  • You can find ice cream powder at beverage supply stores, baking ingredient shops, sweet shops, or at traditional markets and supermarkets.
  • If you don’t have ice cream powder, you can substitute it with milk powder, fat powder, or condensed milk.

How to make grapefruit syrup

  • Step 1: Wash the grapefruit with water and soak it in salt water for 60 minutes, then drain in a basket.
