How to choose fresh and delicious strawberries
- Choose large, bright red, juicy strawberries that still have their caps and fresh green leaves.
- Avoid overripe strawberries as their insides may be dry and hollow.
- Avoid choosing dull-colored, misshapen, and rotten strawberries. Additionally, strawberries with green outer skin and many spots should not be purchased as they will not ripen after being picked.
What is gelatin?
- Gelatin is a food ingredient extracted from collagen found in the bones and skin of animals (for example, pigskin). Gelatin is an odorless protein (sensitive individuals may detect a slightly unpleasant smell), tasteless, but there are both clear and slightly yellow varieties.

How to make Strawberry Chè

Cook the strawberry milk jelly mixture
First, soak 5 sheets of gelatin in a bowl of cold water for 15 minutes.
Wash the strawberries, remove the green stems; take 400g to puree and keep the remaining 20g whole for decoration.
Next, add the strawberries to a blender and puree them.
Place a pot on the stove, add the pureed strawberries, 100ml of fresh milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and the softened gelatin. Stir well over medium heat until the mixture melts and lightly boils, then turn off the heat.
Finally, scoop the strawberry milk jelly mixture into a bowl and refrigerate in the refrigerator for 1 – 2 hours to let the jelly set.

Cook the coconut milk
Place a new pot on the stove, add 1 cup of coconut milk, the remaining unsweetened fresh milk, and 1/2 cup of condensed milk. Stir well over medium heat until the milk dissolves and the mixture simmers gently.

Decorate and complete
Pour the strawberry jelly into a bowl, then arrange around the bowl some white pearls, black pearls, sliced kiwi (or any fruits you like), grass jelly, then pour the coconut milk over it.
Finally, add a strawberry or some chopped fresh strawberries on top of the pudding to finish.
