Marinate mulberries with sugar
Next, you put the mulberries and 500g of sugar into a large bowl, layering the mulberries and sugar alternately to ensure even marination.
Then, use plastic wrap to cover the mulberries tightly and let them soak for 24 hours for the sugar to dissolve completely.

Cook mulberry water
After 24 hours, take the soaked mulberries out and put them into a pot, then place it on the stove and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring evenly with a ladle while cooking.

Mulberry tea preparation
First, you will gradually add 200ml of pre-brewed cold green tea, 80ml of mulberry juice, and 60ml of sugar syrup into glass and mix well, then add some ice.
Next, slice 1 lemon and 1 calamondin and place them around the glass for decoration. To give the mulberry tea a fresh taste, add a few fresh mulberries on top.

Final product
The mulberry tea is refreshing, fragrant with the scent of fresh mulberries and a hint of lemon and calamondin. The mulberry tea has a moderate sweetness, with the natural sourness of mulberries blending together very attractively.
