Make rose pudding
Add 1 spoon of corn starch and 1/2 tablespoon of Agar jelly powder into a bowl. Add 60ml of water, stir well until the powder dissolves in the water, then set aside.
Next, place a pot on the stove, adjust to medium heat, and add 500ml of unsweetened fresh milk. Add 125gr of sugar, stir well until the sugar completely dissolves in about 2 – 3 minutes. Then add the entire mixture of corn starch from before. Stir well for another 3 – 5 minutes and then turn off the heat.
Pour the liquid mixture just cooked into a mold, add 2 tablespoons of rose syrup, and stir gently to gradually change the mixture to a beautiful pink color. Wait an additional 10 minutes for the surface of the jelly to set slightly, then sprinkle some dried rose petals on top.
Then let the mold cool at room temperature for about 15 – 30 minutes, then place it in the refrigerator refrigerator for at least 3 hours for the rose jelly to set.

Making Rose Tapioca Pearls
You separate each petal from the fresh rose flower that has been prepared, then boil it over medium heat with 150ml of filtered water for about 10 minutes. After that, strain to extract the rose water.
In a large bowl, add 200gr of tapioca flour and 100ml of the prepared rose water. Add a few drops of rose syrup and use your hands to knead until it forms a sticky dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
Tip: When adding the rose water, do it slowly, bit by bit, kneading back and forth before adding more. Doing this will help the flour stick together more easily.Take a sufficient amount of dough from the large dough ball, about 10gr, and roll it into small balls.
Tip: Depending on your preference, whether you want large, small, or medium-sized tapioca pearls, take an amount of dough that is suitable!Next, place a pot of water on the stove, fill it with water to about 2/3 of the pot, then add all the tapioca balls and boil them for about 5 – 10 minutes. When you see the tapioca pearls floating on the surface, scoop them out and immediately place them in a bowl of cold water.
Tip:- Putting the tapioca pearls in cold water immediately after boiling will firm them up, preventing them from becoming too chewy and minimizing sticking together.
- If you want the tapioca pearls to have a sweeter taste, after placing them in cold water for about 3 – 5 minutes, take them out and mix them with a bit of granulated sugar or brown sugar!

The jelly pearls along with the rose pudding have a very gentle, beautiful color, fragrant with the characteristic scent of roses. These 2 types of toppings served with a little rose milk tea are just perfect, right my dear?
