  • Prepare the Ingredients

    First, peel the onion you bought, wash it clean, and cut it into long slices. As for the tomatoes, wash them clean and cut them into wedges.

  • Stir-fry onion with tomato

  • Prepare the ingredients

    First, chop the green onions into small pieces about 2 finger lengths long.

    Next, crush the red onions and garlic, then finely chop them.

    For the onions and tomatoes, cut them into quarters, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

    Place the tomatoes and onions into a bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce.
