Prepare the beef

After 10 minutes, when the meat is slightly firm, take it out and cut it into small pieces.

Grind the beef
The beef, after being chopped, is placed in a blender and ground until smooth.
Add the peeled and chopped red onion and minced lemongrass into the blender to grind finely, then add the previously ground beef along with 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of five-spice powder, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of cooking oil.
