    Fillet the snakehead fish you bought and soak it in diluted salt water for about 10 minutes, then rinse it thoroughly with water and let it drain.

    Peel the garlic, smash it. Peel the ginger, cut it into strips, and then mince it. Peel the cucumber, slice it, and then cut it into strips.
