  • Boil and filter the tea

    Add about 2 liters of water to a pot and bring the water to a boil. Next, add 50g of black tea to the pot, then reduce to medium heat and boil the tea for about 8 minutes to extract the essence from the tea.

    After 8 minutes, turn off the heat and filter it through a strainer. Discard the tea leaves and let the tea cool naturally. If you want the tea to have a stronger aroma, you can steep the tea in the pot for an additional 15 minutes before filtering out the tea leaves.

  • Steeping tea

    To obtain 250ml of black tea, first pour about 1.5 liters of water into a pot and bring the water to a boil. Next, add 50g of black tea to the pot. Steep the tea for about 8 minutes and then turn off the heat.

    Strain the tea through a sieve to remove the tea leaves. Then, divide the tea into 2 cups, one with 200ml of tea and the other with 50ml of tea.

    Next, you wash 8 dried butterfly pea flowers, add the flowers to a 50ml tea cup and let it steep for about 8 minutes to achieve a beautiful purple color. After 8 minutes, you remove the flower remnants.

    Add to a shaker 4 tablespoons of Okinawa milk cream powder, 1 tablespoon of topping cream powder, 2 tablespoons of cheese powder, and 20ml of vanilla syrup.
