Mixing yogurt
Add into the pot of milk and the freshly cooked peach yogurt, stir well to combine the mixture.
Note: To ensure our yogurt does not spoil, the yogurt must be at room temperature before mixing, not cold anymore! -
Yogurt Incubation
You prepare a styrofoam box or a pot with a tight lid, and arrange each jar of yogurt evenly inside.
Mix water in the ratio of 1 rice bowl of boiling water with 2 rice bowls of cold water, then pour enough water to submerge about 1/2 – 2/3 of the yogurt jars.
Finally, cover it tightly and let it incubate for 6 hours, keeping the temperature between 42 – 43 degrees Celsius, and the yogurt will ferment and thicken on its own.

Prepare the peaches
With 1kg of ripe peaches after purchasing, use a knife to peel off the skin, then wash with diluted lemon water to prevent browning, and rinse again with clean water, then let it drain.

Cut the peach flesh
Use a knife to cut the peach flesh away from the pit and place it on a plate. If the peaches are too large, you can chop them into smaller pieces!

Blend the peaches
Put the peach flesh and 0.5 liters of water into a blender, then proceed to blend until smooth.

Peach syrup preparation
Add the blended peach pulp and 250g of sugar into a pot, turn on the stove over medium heat and stir well, cooking for about 10 minutes until the mixture boils and starts to thicken, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
Note:
- To prevent the peach from burning, you need to stir continuously until the syrup thickens!
- To make the peach syrup clearer and smoother after cooking, remember to skim off the foam while cooking.

Add 1.1 liters of fresh milk (5 packs/220ml), 380g of condensed milk (1 can) into a pot and stir well. At this point, gently pour in 1 liter of boiling water into this milk pot while stirring to maintain an even temperature in the mixture.

You add 2 jars of yogurt starter into the pot, continue to stir well, then cover and let it incubate for 12 hours.
