  • Prepare the Ingredients

    Remove the roots and damaged leaves from the green onions, then chop finely.

    Peel the garlic. Remove the stems from the chili peppers. Wash the lemongrass, garlic, and chili thoroughly and use a knife to finely chop each ingredient in turn.
