  • Prepare the ingredients

    For the scallions, remove the white roots, wash the green parts thoroughly, drain, and chop finely before placing them in a bowl.

    Peel the shallots, wash them clean, drain, and slice them thinly with a knife.

    Cut the rice paper into small square pieces, approximately the length and width of 2 fingers, and place them into a basin.
