    Put 9g of gelatin powder and 40ml of cold water into a bowl, stir well and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom.

    Place a pot on the stove, add 100ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 300ml of whipping cream, and 60g of sugar. Stir the mixture over medium-low heat until it just begins to boil, then turn off the heat.

    Place a pot on the stove, add 200ml of whipping cream, 200ml of unsweetened milk, 80g of sugar, 4 softened gelatin sheets, and 5ml of vanilla extract. Stir the mixture over low heat until the sugar and gelatin dissolve, then turn off the heat.
