How to choose delicious pumpkin

  • Delicious pumpkins usually have a yellow-orange color, mixed with dark green, yellow flesh, and a characteristic sweet and fragrant taste, with a relatively firm texture.
  • You should choose heavy, firm pumpkins with a smooth skin, a stem about 2 – 5cm long, and still fresh, not wilted.
  • Avoid choosing pumpkins with short stems as they tend to spoil faster, and do not buy pumpkins with scratched skin, which feel soft and bumpy to the touch.
