  • Prepare the ingredients

    Place a pan on the stove, add 200ml of cooking oil, wait for the oil to heat up, then carefully place the tofu in, frying until the tofu is hot and golden brown on both sides.

    After frying for about 5 minutes, the tofu is cooked, you take it out onto a plate. Wait for the tofu to cool slightly, then cut the tofu in half for easy eating!

    For the scallions, remove the wilted leaves and roots, wash them clean, and chop them finely.

    Then, gently drizzle this sauce over the surface of the cut tofu pieces, turning them to coat all sides, and marinate for 15 – 20 minutes.
