Cook the broth
Put a pot on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and shallots, sauté until fragrant for about 3 minutes.
Then add the marinated beef brisket and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the meat is firm, then continue to add 30g of sliced ginger, 4 pieces of fresh shiitake mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 non-spicy chili, 1 packet of dry seasoning, a bit of green onion, and 1.2 liters of water.
Next, cover the pot and bring it to a boil. When the water boils, open the lid and skim off the foam, then close the lid again and cook for 1 hour for the beef to become tender.
After cooking the broth for 1 hour, check the doneness of the beef by tasting a piece; if the beef is still tough and not tender, continue to cook for about another 15 minutes!
When the meat has reached the desired doneness, start removing the dry seasoning bag, green onions, chili, and onion, then season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of seasoning powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar and wait until the broth boils again to finish and enjoy.
