Roasting sesame
Use a non-stick pan placed on the stove, then add the black sesame and stir well, continue stirring for about 3 – 4 minutes and then turn off the stove.
Tip: You should keep the heat medium and stir continuously so that the sesame does not burn!After that, continue to stir for about 2 more minutes, you can taste it if you find the sesame fragrant and crispy, it’s good.

Grinding and filtering black sesame mixture
You prepare a blender, then add the filtered black sesame, 1.2 liters of filtered water, glutinous rice (soaked in warm water for about 1 hour), and half a teaspoon of salt into the machine and blend until smooth.
After blending, you will use a sieve to filter out the liquid and discard the residue.

Cooking Black Sesame Pudding
You put the filtered sesame into the hot and cold blender, and you set the time for the machine for about 30 minutes to let it cook and boil on its own.

- After boiling, add 250g of sugar and stir well to dissolve the sugar, stirring for about 2 minutes before turning off the heat.
- Finally, add coconut milk to the pudding and stir well for 1 minute to finish.
