You wash the meat, bones, and pig skin with cold water and then blanch them in boiling water mixed with 1 teaspoon of salt.

The pig skin should be cleaned, rubbed with salt or vinegar when washing to remove the unpleasant odor, and then washed again with water. Boil the pig skin until cooked, then take it out to drain.
