How to Prepare Black Sticky Rice Dessert

Wash and Soak Black Sticky Rice
First, with 500g of black sticky rice you bought, wash it 1 – 2 times with water until clean. Then, take a bowl and add the washed black sticky rice along with 500ml of water, soak for about 4 – 6 hours.
Once the black sticky rice is soft, drain the water, then rinse again with clean water, and let it dry.

Cook Black Sticky Rice
