Remove the heart of the lotus seeds, wash them clean, and soak them in cold water in a bowl (rice bowl) for about 30 minutes to allow the seeds to swell. Rinse the sticky rice thoroughly with water.

You add the pumpkin, lotus seeds, and finally the sticky rice in that order into the pressure cooker. Then pour about 1 liter of filtered water into the pot so that the water just covers the surface of the pumpkin. Next, add about 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
