How to choose fresh and delicious shrimp
- When buying shrimp, you should choose shrimp that have hard, transparent shells, tightly attached to the flesh, with the tails tucked together, and especially still have the scent of the sea.
- Fresh and delicious shrimp will have a straight or slightly curved shape, with the head and legs tightly attached to the body.
