Put powdered sugar and tapioca flour on 2 separate plates.
Roll the cheese balls in a layer of powdered sugar, then in a layer of tapioca flour, and place them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Next, take the cheese balls out of the refrigerator and roll them in another layer of tapioca flour.

Cooking Tapioca Pearls
Place a pot on the stove and turn on the medium heat, add 500ml of water and bring to a boil.
