Make the cheese filling for the fried cakes
First, use a sieve to sift 2 teaspoons of corn starch.
Then, add the sifted corn starch, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 pack of unsweetened fresh milk, and 2 Laughing Cow cheese cubes into a pot, using a whisk to gently mix everything until well combined.
Next, place the pot on the stove and cook over medium heat for about 7 – 10 minutes, while continuously stirring, until the mixture thickens, then turn off the heat.
Tip:
- To avoid the cheese filling clumping while cooking, make sure to stir in a consistent direction.
- To prevent the filling from drying out, cover it with a lid after cooking.
