Making the pandan jelly layer
Put the pandan juice pot on the stove, add a portion of the jelly powder mixture and sugar into the pot, use a spoon or whisk to stir continuously for about 4 minutes until the mixture boils and the jelly powder is completely dissolved, then turn off the heat.
Add about 4 – 5 tablespoons of pandan jelly into a cup, you can adjust the amount according to your preference, then put the jelly in the refrigerator for 3 – 4 hours to set.

You need to pour 700ml of fresh milk into a pot, then add the remaining mixture of agar powder and sugar along with 3 tablespoons of fresh cream, using a whisk to stir evenly and heat at 80°C.
Then, scoop 3 – 4 tablespoons of fresh milk jelly onto the pandan jelly layer from earlier, and continue to place it in the refrigerator for 3 – 4 hours until the jelly sets to complete.

The smooth white fresh milk jelly layer on top combined with the green pandan jelly layer underneath looks very appealing.
The jelly is soft, smooth, and cool, and when enjoyed, you will feel the sweet and creamy taste of milk along with the light, characteristic aroma of pandan leaves. This will be a perfect dessert for your family’s meal!
