Ingredients for Crispy Jackfruit Fiber For 4 people

Jackfruit fiber 200 gr Chicken eggs 2 pieces Crispy flour 100 gr Fresh noodles 100 gr Peanuts 100 gr Cilantro 2 branches Fresh vegetables 100 gr (lettuce/basil/herbs) Cooking oil 200 ml Common seasoning a little (salt/sugar/seasoning powder/pepper)

Where to buy Jackfruit Fiber?

  • You can buy a whole jackfruit or a piece of jackfruit sold at the market or supermarkets, enjoy the sweet and fragrant jackfruit segments, and then use the jackfruit fiber to prepare this dish.
  • Usually, jackfruit fibers are not sold separately; if you manage to find a good piece of jackfruit, don’t throw away the fiber, but try making this dish for your family!

  • Prepare jackfruit fiber

    After using the jackfruit segments, tear the jackfruit fiber into small pieces. Then rinse briefly with water to clean off any dirt.

    Finally, place the jackfruit fiber in a basket to let it drain well.

  • Mix the batter

    First, you need to cut off the roots and wash 2 sprigs of cilantro really well with water before chopping them finely.

    Prepare a large bowl, crack in 2 eggs. Then add the prepared crispy batter mix and a little ground pepper.

    Add about 100ml of filtered water and use a whisk to mix the mixture evenly. If you don’t have a whisk, you can use chopsticks or a fork as well.
