  • Cook the syrup

    Place a pot on the stove, add 110ml of water, 2g of agar powder, and 70g of sugar. Then, stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.

    After the syrup and agar powder mixture has boiled, continue to add 200g of red bean paste and stir well to completely combine the paste.

    Prepare 4 molds with lids and pour the mixture into them.

      The red beans should be washed thoroughly with water and soaked for 6 hours before cooking. You should gently stir so that any damaged beans float to the top and remove them.

      Place a pot on the stove, add the soaked beans along with 1.2 liters of water and bring to a boil over medium heat.

      Once the red beans are cooked, remove them and blend until smooth, keeping the boiling water.

      Prepare a large bowl, add all 166ml of coconut milk, 114ml of fresh milk, and 57g of cornstarch. Then, stir well to ensure the mixture is completely dissolved.

      Take 1 tablespoon of gelatin powder and add it to the red bean boiling water, stir well and let it rest for 1 minute.

      Place another pot on the stove, add the mixture of red bean water and gelatin along with 142g of sugar, and use a flat whisk to stir well over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.

      Then, add the pureed red beans into the pot, continue to use the flat whisk to stir and boil for about 3 minutes.

      Next, add the entire mixture of coconut milk that you have mixed and stir well until the mixture thickens, then turn off the heat.
