Bread 100 gr (about 4 pieces) Sausage 50 grams (sliced) Quail eggs, peeled 2 eggs Dried shrimp A little Pork floss A little Butter 1 box (can use Tuong An butter) Chopped green onions 1 cup Shrimp paste 1 tablespoon Cooking oil 1/2 cup Chili powder 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise A little Sugar/Salt A little

How to make grilled bread with salt and chili in a pan

  • Marinate the bread

    Turn on the stove, add 1/2 cup of cooking oil to the pan, when the oil is hot, add the green onions, stir for 1 minute, then turn off the heat and let it cool.

    Prepare the salt and chili mixture to spread on the bread, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and 1 tablespoon of shrimp paste into a bowl and mix well.

    For the bread, place it on a cutting board, use a wooden pestle to flatten the bread from one end to the other.

  • Making Grilled Bread

    Place the grill on the induction stove, select the grilling mode, set the temperature to low, then place the bread on the grill, while grilling, spread butter and a mixture of salt and chili on both sides of the bread.

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    After buying the bread, use a rolling pin to flatten it, making sure to roll evenly so that the bread is crispy and delicious when toasted.
