Prepare the ingredients
To eliminate the unpleasant smell of the pork after rinsing briefly with water, you should rub salt evenly around the piece of meat, then rinse it clean, let it drain, and use a knife to cut it into small, bite-sized pieces.
Next, you place the chopped meat along with 1/2 tablespoon of minced onion and garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning, 1/3 teaspoon of pepper, and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder into a bowl, mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes for the meat to absorb the spices evenly.
For the green bananas, you just need to peel them, cut them into pieces about 1.5 finger lengths, split them in half, and immediately place them into a basin of water that has been prepared to prevent browning.
Next, you boil the bananas in a mixture of diluted saltwater, then remove them and place them in a basin of cold water and let them drain.

Cook Braised Pork with Green Bananas
Place a clay pot on the gas stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of minced onion and garlic, sauté evenly over medium heat for about 1 minute until the onion and garlic are fragrant.
Next, add the marinated pork and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes until the meat is browned, then add 150ml of water, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate.
