How to Make Tomato Fried Eggs

Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the tomatoes, onions, and scallions thoroughly.
For large tomatoes, after removing all the seeds, chop them finely or dice them.
Dice the onion, and finely chop the scallions and purple onions.
