How to Make Fried Ice Cream

Flatten and Shape the Sandwich Bread
You place the sandwich bread on the cutting board and use a glass that is cylindrical (or a rolling pin) to flatten all 4 slices of bread.
Then, stack 2 pieces of bread on top of each other and place the rim of the glass on top, pressing down to create a round shape. Next, use a knife to cut off the excess edges of the bread around the glass.
Continue doing the same for the remaining 2 slices of bread.

Wrap the Ice Cream Filling
You put 5g of frying flour into a bowl and pour in a little water, then stir until the flour dissolves evenly.
Next, separate each slice of bread so that they come apart. Use the prepared flour to brush around the edge of one slice of bread, then scoop ice cream into the center, followed by placing the second slice of bread on top to cover the edges of the bottom slice.
Do the same with the remaining 2 slices of bread.
Tip: You can use wheat flour or tapioca flour to replace the frying flour. -
Freeze the ice cream sandwich
You use plastic wrap to wrap the ice cream sandwich and put it in the freezer refrigerator for about 5 hours until the ice cream is completely frozen solid.

Coat with flour and deep fry
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and beat the eggs well. Put 50g of crispy frying flour and 50g of bread crumbs into separate bowls.
After the sandwich is frozen, take it out of the refrigerator and remove the plastic wrap. Then, dip the sandwich in a layer of egg, then continue to dip it in the crispy frying flour, then dip it back into the egg, and finally roll it in the bread crumbs. Do the same with the remaining ice cream sandwiches.
Heat 250ml of oil in a pot or deep pan on the stove, when the oil is hot, add the wrapped ice cream pieces to fry.
You only need to fry for about 30 seconds or until the outer layer of the sandwich turns golden and crispy on both sides, then immediately lift it out to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
