How to make Wet Cake using a non-stick pan
-
Mix the wet cake batter
Put 200g of rice flour, 80g of tapioca flour, and 1 teaspoon of salt into a large bowl, and use a whisk to mix the ingredients together.
Next, slowly pour 500ml of water into the flour bowl while stirring until the flour is completely dissolved. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the batter rest for at least 1 hour.
-
Spread the wet cake
After the batter has rested for the required time, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the batter and mix well.
To hold the cakes after spreading, prepare a plate or a tray covered with plastic wrap.
Place a non-stick pan on the stove, turn on medium heat to heat the pan. Next, stir the batter well and scoop it to evenly coat the surface of the pan, reduce the heat to low, cover the pan for about 2 minutes, and when the batter turns translucent, the cake is cooked.
Remove the cake onto the prepared plate. To prevent the cakes from sticking to each other, brush a little cooking oil on the surface of the cake.
Continue to stir the batter and spread the cakes, doing this repeatedly until all the ingredients are used up.
